Our Founder

Throughout her experience in Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion at Big Tech and Start Ups; Dorine Setakwe has quickly identified the continuous talent gap between the high potential of diverse talent in STEM and companies who actively seek technical talent to contribute to their fast growth.
With a childhood in Belgium and Rwandan roots, Dorine grew up navigating cultures from an early age. Her path quickly became international: she studied Translation & Interpretation in Belgium, completed an Erasmus exchange in Madrid, undertook an internship in New York, and gained her first professional experiences at Apple and Eventbrite in Ireland. Most recently, she worked at an international university in Spain.
Along the way, Dorine discovered that the “corporate ladder” she had heard so much about was a real challenge for many talented professionals around the world, and through her coaching and recruitment services, she is committed to being part of the solution.
